

Return of Products
The buyers are entitled to return Products within 7 days from shipment date under but not limited to the following circumstances,
a) Manufacturing Defects
b) Wrong Item Delivered
In such case, buyers shall have an option to either get refund for the amount paid for the returned Products or replacement.
Refund or replacement will not be applicable for the following situations:
a) Item incomplete
b) Original packaging missing
c) Any item that has been worn, or altered
d) Used items (for cosmetic and other personal items)
Delivery cost for returning item shall be borne by buyer. MYNIAGA Online Store shall bear the cost of sending the item back to the buyer if the buyer request for replacement.

Each delivery comes with a tracking code by the delivery company. You may track the delivery status using the tracking system provided by the delivery company.
1. Can I track orders?
If the purchase is made before 11 am (morning) on a weekday, we shall ship out the item on the same day and the item should reach the buyer the next day (within Peninsular Malaysia) and within 48 hours if deliver to Sabah and Sarawak.
2. How long does it take to deliver?
All our prices are inclusive GST.
